(Serves 8)

Cheesecake is a wonderful dessert that has become American tradition around the holidays. For a special treat this Thanksgiving, try this pumpkin cheesecake. Top it off with fresh berries or a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a dollop of fresh whipped cream.

Ingredients:
30oz cream cheese
5 eggs
½ cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 15oz packages of pumpkin puree
Chocolate fudge, whipped cream or berries (optional)

Method:
Beat cream cheese. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour and heavy cream. Add spices. Bake in a preheated 350° F for 90 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 1 day before cutting. Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a dollop of whipped cream or fresh berries.
